He didn't insult it. He actually complimented it more than once, but instead of fawning over it, he noticed a mistake and alerted the author to it good-heartedly.

almost a laugh and a kudo until your comment read "inspired by" which really isn't the truth. in actuality it is a "replica of" so i really can't click any of the buttons honestly. i will compliment you on the dilligenceit took to shade and light everything. the only thing i feel you missed is the shadow on the bowl for effect. now that i know it's missing, it screams at me. but overall i will give you a b+ if you were in my class. keep up the good work!
