now, let's look at this..
atheists, as you know,

what we say, sure, may be offensive.
but just think:
there was this christian guy who killed many people
in a secular school. i'm serious, google it.
about muslims? treating women horrible,
crashing planes.. it's not the people we despise, really.
it's the concept of religion itself.

god made that tree and fruit, but those were of knowledge,
and he didn't want adam and eve to gain free thinking,
so they forever could be his slaves.
then, satan came along (just a note, he killed a total of ten people
in the whole book, while god killed millions.), and wanted them to be freed from
slavery. he encouraged them to eat the fruit.
they did. and they had gained knowledge. they were freed from slavery.
that fruit is pretty nice, don't you think?
sure, i don't believe that they even existed, or this happened.

One more comment then I'll try to stop [thanks for reuploading], forgiveness is the hardest thing. If forgiving the person who tryed to kill you is hard [like Pope John Paul II] or raped you, than it was definately hard for the world to forgive Germany after World war II, as well as the other members of the axis group. If we didn't forgive them, then why would Japan and US still trade and be friends after' PEarl Harbour, Hiroshima and Nagasaki. We can't forget the past, but forgive it. [I always have long comments].

God stopped them because they would all die. With space shuttles there is still a chance but building a tower into space would kill thousands, and you seem unforgiving yes your supposed to turn the other cheek and not fight back. I respect your views as everyone has different ones. PS you can't find heaven, unless God allows you to. Heaven isn't in the clouds, i wouldn't expect you to understand, because I don't fully understand God and no one does.

And forgot to add: all true religions (I.e not Buddhism and a few others) command people of different beliefs to be tortured, killed. And don't say that it's supposed to be a metaphor. It's not. Religions *were* useful at first. But just read the bible(no capitalization, beeeyotch). It's full of contradictions. Then, woman should not be able to speak up. Rape results in marriage. You can't call a religion bad because one [or several] idiots start killing people for no good reason. Thats sterotyping. A christian kills an entire school, he broke "the thou shall not kill" commandment, he's not a good christian. Not all muslims are part of the taliban, the taliban call themselves good muslims but break all the laws, they are not good muslims. Your just being stereotypical.

He WAS a christian, but after childhood, he never went to church. He called jews anti-christs and blamed world war one on them. And he also shut down churches. He wanted to get rid of ALL religions so HE would be #1 in everyone's life. Alot of dictators were like that. Wanted to be worshipped so they got rid of religion.
