It was recess and a few people stayed in to finish up work and some just stayed in because they were allowed to. Suba and I were waiting for Nada to bring in the materials we needed to finish our bridge for a science assignment. Then all of a sudden, 'Party In The Usa' by Miley Cyrus starts playing in the hallway. It was because a couple classmates and a couple other people from our hall were practicing a dance for this Lip Sync event we're doing in school...it's optional to do an act. I hopped off the plane at L.A.x, with a dream and my cardigan- when it gets to the chorus, this happened... So I put my hands up, they're playing my song! The butterflies fly away, I'm nodding my head like yeah, moving my hips like yeah- So I put my hands up, they're playing my song! The butterflies fly away, I'm nodding my head like yeah, moving my hips like yeah- Then Wes somehow manages to get a couple of the other boys to sing-a-long. -I got my hands up, they're playing my song! I know I'm gonna be oh-kaay! Yeah-ee yeah-ee-yeah! It's a party in the Usa! Yeaah, it's a party in the Usa! -I got my hands up, they're playing my song! I know I'm gonna be oh-kaay! Yeah-ee yeah-ee-yeah! It's a party in the Usa! Yeaah, it's a party in the Usa! Then Abdu comes in at the 'right' timing, and he's singing it too. -get to the club in my Taxi cab, everybody's lookin' at me now!- -get to the club in my Taxi cab, everybody's lookin' at me now!- :D Yay! -Like "who's that chick, that's rockin' kicks? She's gotta be from outta town"- -Like "who's that chick, that's rockin' kicks? She's gotta be from outta town"- when we get to the second chorus, Nada comes in... So I put my hands up, they're playing my song! The butterflies fly away! Nodding my head like yeah, moving my hips like yeah! That was pretty much the rest of our recess because the people out in the hallway practicing their lip syncing act had to keep replaying the song....Nada didn't end up singing along with us though D:

this made me think of a time when it was the last day of school and me and my friends started chanting summer over and over again from high school musical then thisboy started saying winter over and over again! it made us laugh

July 27th

We did that once at a christmas concert at Brantford Catholic school! We sung the "Feed the world !" Song! It was so fun! We had to go there at 5:40 Eastern Time!
