static lay in the fresh green grass, with the warm suns rays shining down on her. it was the middle of spring, and static had waited all winter for this time. now she could go down to the river and play with her brothers. static had three brothers, their names were zap, spark , and bolt. she was the only girl in her family, except for her mother of coarse. she lived with her mother , father , and brother. anyways... the starly were flying over head, chirping and playing tag in the sky. she stared up at them, wishing that she could fly and play with them. she loved to play with her brothers, but sometimes they could be bratty and annoying. she lowered her head, and closed her eyes. she decided she would take a nap, since the weather was so perfect and her brothers were off playing noisily some were else. she closed her eyes for what seemed for only seconds, when "speak of the devil", her noisy brothers rolled over in a big ball of yellow and smashed into her. "ahhh!" she yelled. a series of giggles came from the ball as it tumbled by, then fell apart and the squirmy pichus fell apon the ground. static growled and jumped to her feet. "i'm gonna get you guys!" she shrieked, then she raced off towards her brothers. seconds later she was as quick as a lightning bolt, tramping and chasing after her brothers. after hours of playing with her brothers, she couldn't go on any more. she ran off to the side and collapsed in the grass. she panted completely out of breath. "i'm going to take a brake guys." she called to her brothers. "aww, c'mon static , don't stop now , i was winning!" said zap running up beside static. static giggled. some times her brothers were so funny. "i need a rest zap," she said "come on, you can't not be tired by now!" "what do you mean?" zap asked. "I'm not one bit tired at all!" he said running off to the other to pichus. "hey, i have an idea static," spark said all of a sudden. "what?" she asked. "well, if your not going to play any more, how bout' we go down to the river?" static just stared at her brother, like he just used flame thrower. "What?" zap asked. "I thought you were waiting all winter to go down to the river..." she sat up. "I was," she paused, "But you know we're not supposed to go down there by our selfs. And any ways, we don't even know the way there!" spark smiled deviously. "oh, don't we?" "No, we don't." static replied confused. "i know the way." spark said back, walking towards the path that led into the forest. "you can't be serious!" said static. "spark, spark come back here!" she yelled, begging to run towards her naughty brother. bolt and zap had already began to follow him, so static really had no choice but to come along with them. their parents wouldn't find out that they had left, because they were sleeping in the den. they never woke up till about noon, unless the kids made too much noise, then they got right up. static had never walked down to the river by her self before, and she had never walked down with her brothers either. she was told that once she had evolved into a pikachu she would be able to go down there any time she wanted by her self. but now she was too young, and she had to walk down with her parents. so since she was braking her mother and father's rules she felt naughty like her brothers, and she thought it wasn't very lady like. but at the same time she felt like she could now get away with any thing.
