Can't offer any help for the depression or job woes, etc. But I CAN tell you that you certainly aren't dumb! And don't sweat the imperfections; as the saying goes, nobody's perfect (and what a boring world it would be if we were!). We all act stupid and say the wrong things sometimes; it's part of being human.
