Piccolo, are you mentally challenged? This could not be offending in any way. It is simply making the story of Noah's Ark humorous, while defying symmetry. It shows the fault in the Bible. All religious books have faults. The Quoran and Sanskrit have faults too. Doesn't mean they're not true. All religons are same, just telling the same story in different words.
