Oh nonsense. I hate bad romances,
and yours are anything but. I
especially loved "the Duke's daughter."

Oh, dougie has made his opinions on
the genre abundantly clear. he can't
be bothered to read such tripe.
Something I should
know, Pan?
It's a Victorian romance, a duke and his
ward. It'd Go nicely with your decor.
Dougie glared at us indiscriminately, but we were a wall of innocent faces. It was an ingrained habit almost as old as we were, formed back when the three years between us and Dougie was a huge difference, and we needed to stand united against our babysitter "spoilsports." It was a look Dougie and damon both had grown to know well.
Time was once again melting away, erasing the years that had flowed between us, bringing back memories with a clarity so sharp they cut. There was no heartbreak, no rift, only endless summer days where the world was ours, and we'd take it on together.
