This is what I do, I go into the comic builder, and at the top left where you choose a series for the comic you're about to make, just type in a new name for a series. You don't even have to make a comic, the series name will save.
If someone is bothering you, use the Ignore button to block them. They won’t be able to contact you or comment on your strips and you won’t see their comics anymore.

If someone is making hateful or abusive content on Bitstrips,
report the user.
