I was going to write a poem,
but it really was quite hard,
so i looked around the news agency,
and decided to buy a carD.
They talked of love and romance,
i knew that wouldn't do,
so i bought one i thought appropriate,
to send it off to you.
i thought about it later,should i write within this card?
should i admit to my deep feelings?
the decision was quite hard.
it is true that if you loved me,
i would be the happiest girl alive.
but you don't return the feeling,
so my feelings i must hide.
it's hard to hear you talking,
about others when i'm there,
for they always are much younger,
and I'm jealous that you care.
i love it when you are near me,
i am sad when you're not there,
it's not the way it's suppose to be,
i can't help it that i care.
you can make me feel so happy,
when i am feeling mad,
you help repair my injured heart,
when i am feeling sad.
