well, aside from the fact this man spammed me...well, you're my muse, tell me how this sounds to you:
so, a 50 yr old man
touches a time machine
and goes back in time,
but only his younger
self can see him. making
small leaps in time, he
first teaches himself
how to bathe, dress,
and talk. Later, he rocks
his middle school with his
knowledge of sex.
in high school he gets
his long desired crush
and saves her and
other girls from an
evil boy. at each step
he corrects something
that went wrong in
his past, previously.
So, in essence, man goes
back in time and removes
all of life's hard lessons,
leaving himself essentially
only half an individual, all
the while self-masturbating
to a repressed hero complex?
oh, no, Think simpler.
creepy old man trying
to relive his childhood and
edit out the mistakes?

And when he gets to be 50, he has no experiences to learn from, so he goes back and teaches his younger self to be a typical 13-year-old dumbass. Ad infinitum. Good plot, with lots of opportunity for sequels!
