today i'll review the first feature film made by walt disney since dumbo that's wasn't a package film the 1950 hit cinderella. this movie is a good return to the fairy-tale genre' and now i'll tell you why it does justice to snow-white. reason 1. why it's a really good film is the characters played by awesome voice-actors,radio-actors and vocalists and now i'm gonna tell you why they do so good. jaqueline-ilene woods plays a likable,patient,kind and very persistant cinderella, verna felton is caring,wise,warm,grandmotherly fairy-godmother, rhoda williams and lucille bliss are cruel,spoild,bratty and funny as the step-sisters, james mc-donald is loyal,friendly,fun and funny as bruno the dog,gus and jaquee, june foray plays a crazy,mean,ugly,sadistic lulifer, luiss-ruten is bombastic,monsterous,psychotic king and a stammering,beffutled,stuck-up grand duke and eleanor audley(who you might remember for doing the voice of maleficent in sleeping-beauty) get's her own catagorey. reason 2. why this is one of walt's best is the villain voiced by the late-great elenor audley. everything about this villain is awesome, i like the fact that despite only having the control over one persons life she's one of the greatest villains, some keen examples of the things she does over the course of the movie is lying to royalty,locking cinderella in her room, having her daugters destroy cinderella's dress and she almost has the duke's head cut off, and eleanor's performance is bitter,cold,cruel,vain,subtle,over the top,funny,threatening,quiet,loud could you ask for more in a villain ?. reason 3. why i like the film is the songs they're really good and brilliant. sing sweet nightangail and a dream is a wish your heart makes are beautifle songs and showcases jaqualine-ilene's singing talents wonderfly. bibbity,bobbity,boo is a bouncy,fun,catchy tune that proves that verna felton has a good sing voice. the only song that i'm not to fussed on is the version of a dream is a wish your heart make sung by the mice(sorry it annoying and too high-pitched). reason 4 the animation it's colorful and has very smooth lines, the animators cleverly made the actors act ouy 90 % of the movie on a sound-stage so they characters can move/behave like real people(the animators especially did this with eleanor audley) my only problem is the price he's boring and only has 3 lines. every thing else is awesome
