Disemboweled, no. But I can tell you how to make compound fractures. 1. Get a sharp-looking prop, like a broken eggshell, a stick, or an actual bone. 2. Color it pinkish (not white, it has to be bloody) 3. Place it on top of the body part you want broken. 4. Put some meaty-looking props behind it (snow piles and t-bone steaks work) to look like muscle. 5. Use grass to make clothing tears around the break. 6. Add layers and layers of red liquid for blood. Use the splatter effect in the blood to show that the body fell from a height and ruptured.
