first turn on power, second, go to spawn and have all four player hit the buttons on the all by the quick revive. This step must be done before all steps. then, hit the button on the mpl rock. match all 12 tiles with the tiles on the other side of the map. if matched incorrectly it will reset. so have a person step on it call the symbol step off. and the person on other side will find it then they both step on it. if done correctly a crystal should appear on the mpl rock.

now have three people on the bottom of slide, and have fourth go down it. hitting the switch on the right of the slide. now go to the top of slide, you should see a crystal that just crashed, blow it off with an explosive then shrink it with shrink ray and knife it down the slide. follow it up the geyser and finish another step.

get a calm napalm zombie in eclipse and lure it to the tunnel by the mnecart. turn the wheel in the tunnel four times and gas should come out. lure napalm zombie to the power room igniting all the gas. once all the gas is ignited, hit the lever by the wheel. now have four spikemores and place them in front of the holes in the tunnel at the bridge. bring the napalm zombie to activate all four spikemores and hit button that says not to at the basin of the waterfall.

now you must hit all 12 panels located on the walls. 5 are at spawn, 2 by the mudroom, 2 at the stakeout room, 1 by the left power switch, 2 at the minecart room. now at the side of the minecarft outside there should be a snare trap, blow it up. if you didn't hit all the tiles on the wall before, you'll have to redo the step.
now go to the mudroom, and turn the wheel; the close left to 4 dots, the far left is 3 dots, the close right is 1 dot, the far right is a bracket a line and dot.
now upgrade the shrink ray. hit four of 8 gongs, 4 are correct 4 are wrong, wrong ones will make a crystal glow red. after all 4 are hit, a treyarch symbol will appear over the crystal closest to the minecart. shoot it with upgraded shrink ray and catch the falling dynamite.

almost done, shoot the crystal above the mudroom behind a tree with the upgraded shrink ray. the shot should bounce around map and shrink meteor. go up to pack-a-pucnch stairs and give dynamite to brock and gary. after eclipse is over go back up to the pack-a-punch to claim the meteor. the person who pick u the rock will get all four perks and everyone will get the achievement/trophy.
how the hell were we supposed to figure that out by ourselves?!!!
seriously treyarch, why do you hate us so much.
well at least now we know the great truth, of this honorable easter egg

Seriously how are people supposed to figure this out. Without using the internet,its almost imposible. And I still haven't gotten this dang trophy/achievement because my friends are either never online or never playing tihs game. And sometimes we screw up and fail at it. i'm on PSN not Xbox live for this game.
