"I always wondered what death
looked like" was the first thing to
come forth from her lips. Whether
it was what she truly thought, or
a nervously said side comment,
it hit me deeper than any blade or
bullet could. What a dangerous
weapon it is, the human mouth.
It can destroy countries and build
cities, yet it's often used on just
one person.
I broke under the hit of those
words and just collapsed into
myself. I wish her words could
kill, because death would be
welcome now... But neither her nor
me would meet that specter today
